  3. Hello Philip, sorry to hear about that, I am only down the road in Wymondham but will keep an eye out too, I know the feeling as I had some saws nicked out of the back of my truck in leicester a few weeks ago and then had four wheels pinched off our Mewp. It's so disheartening when we work in a financially hard industry with all the costs and there is scum out there who think they can rob you and get away with it and unfortuently do.
  4. We are seeking Utility Arborists on either an employed or self employed basis in the East Midlands area, WPD authorisations and Utility tickets would be an advantage but training would be given. Good rates of pay for the right individuals. Please contact Dave on 07535980401
  5. There is one for sale today in the East Anglian plant auction in wymondham norfolk
  6. I am looking for a groundsman to work for me full time primarily in the utility arb sector, from the end of May or early June in the Norfolk area. CS 30, 31 and 38 would be essential and UA tickets would be gr8 but not essential as training would be provided. I need someone who is not afraid to get stuck in!
  7. Hi ya, I know its been a few months but did you find any work?, as I live in Wymondham too!
  8. Hi ya Jonathan, I am looking for someone to work for me June time and I live in wymondham so not far!. I work in the utility arb sector, so training would be provided. I am looking for someone with a good hard working ethos. Call me on 07971542137 if interested
  9. i work for BTS and yes they are a good training provider but they are very rarely available to undertake a CS34/35 course as are other training providers in our `neck of the woods`, as the wind does not blow as strong down here!!!!
  10. Norfolk mate, i have wanted to do my CS34 for a while now, i have had a few experiences dealing with windblown trees, and it has the potential to be a very dangerous operation, living where i do the training providers here do not often, if at all come up with CS34 and 35 courses
  11. Hello, can anyone give me any names and numbers of CS34 and 35 providers? and could you give any feedback of their courses if you have done them?
  12. Windblown trees, is it one of the most dangerous operations in tree works, to the unskilled proffessional?
  13. Hi ya, i will be there to, i have had golfers elbow for the last few months, and had stopped climbing as it was so painful. It is now a lot better, but its still there, but i missed climbing so much, that now i just get on with it!!. Looking forward to catching up with you Ian, and i would appreciate any tips or advice on footlocking on the day, so i can save my poor elbows!!!! Looking forward to meeting some like minded people!!!!
