  7. Jonsered 111S. Bought it last year for £40 with a hardly used 36" husky solid nose bar. Got it home and gave it a clean. Fired up and it runs like a beast!! Won't be using it with no av's though 😳 Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  10. Yes thanks Jon. Some of the text was missing but I'm assuming it's the spring on the right hand side that needs adjusting. Thanks for the help Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  11. How do I go about adjusting the clutch? Obviously I'll try that before taking it apart if I need to replace it. Thanks for all the help guys. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  12. Thanks for the help Luftwaffe, I will dismantle it and have a ganders. I think you can get replaceable friction plates for the clutch but won't know until it's off! Cheers, bud. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  13. Hi Luftwaffe, I paid close attention to the pto when winching and it didn't slow at all, even when I gave it more revs it didn't want to pull any more. It's as if there is no clutch at all once under full load but tension remains on the drum! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  14. Hey Jon, I was pulling a few hung up trees and some old windblown, nothing more than 20" max and maybe 50ft long. All soft wood. It just seems to give up pulling even when pulling a couple of lengths down a track! Ended up pulling with the tractor!! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  15. Hey Brush, I was careful not to get any lubricant on or around the drum! But maybe did get on the clutches, but wouldn't that make them slip? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  16. I've probs got close to 100m on 11mm. A couple of the pulls were on a redirect and probs close to 50m of cable out an still wouldn't pull! Could the bearings have anything to do with it if Their worn? I had a goo look around the engaging arm but couldn't work out where there was any adjustment! Should I take the cable off and remove the drum to inspect the clutch plates? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  17. I was only pulling in close up Jon. Will it only pull max load at max lengh? I will give jas p Wilson a ring on Monday. It hadn't been used for 12 months before I got it, but I have been using copious amounts of wd40 whilst removing the winch from the butt plate! Will I need to remove the wire rope and drum to get to the clutch? Thanks for the rapid replys Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  18. Sorry to sound daft, how do you do that? Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  19. Hi all, I've got a problem with my Igland 55 winch! It feeds out no problem and pulls in no problem, but seems to lack serious power!! Everything works as it should but when you engage the clutch, it pulls until the wire it taught then just holds it there!! Any help would be welcome. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  20. Very interesting, look forward to the next part of the build😄 Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Will do Jon, how did you get it to fit on to the weight frame? What kind of weight can I expect to tow with this tractor? The engine runs sweet and has plenty of power. I'll post some pics soon. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  23. I was thinking mainly for carrying the winch to site if I had a trailer on the back. Then also possibly a weight block or blade. Just thought it would be a useful addition if I could find one. I'll have a search online for the user manual. The gearbox is good and tight Jon, no funny noises and it slots in easy. Going to change all the oils and give it a good service. It's currently in the local dealers having the front hub rebushed where the hole had elongated! It's got less than 3000hrs on it. Top of the list is a new seat though, I thought my arse was going to fall off after I picked it up lol. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  24. Haha cheers Jon. I'll try and remember when I get it out working. I'm looking for a workshop manual for it if anyone can point me in the right direction or may have one lying Around gathering dust! All the glass is there but the door frames are pretty rotten! I'll be putting my igland 55 on the back. Does anyone know if your able to to get a Front PUH for this tractor. Thanks for the help in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
