  1. Been lovely weather. Was clearing a very long bridleway this morning next to a local equine yard. Oh my days it was a struggle to keep the tractor in a straight line.
  2. Tis a golf ball. I recon the bracket is above it. As the top isnt the usual lumpiness of a Gano bracket.
  3. Cheers. I think there i have a long bridleway to mow tomorrow with the help of two more colleagues. Then down west tidying one of our sites that we checked last friday afternoon. It was well up around our ears. So will take alot to tidy up.
  4. Yet more rights of way clearance today. More of the same tomorrow.
  5. Yet another load of rights of way cleared for the summer hols.
  6. lol. it was heavy enough to be a v-twin husky. But might have been just a single cylinder beast.
  7. Not a bad days work. The big husky is the arb teams big saw. As far as i am aware its a v twin.
  8. Yup at the recreation ground. How that copper could see around that corner i don't know. Next year we are planning on having a footy tournament, cricket tournament and rounders in the evening. Make a full day of it with more food and more drink.
  9. Yesterday we raised about 6 grand. Most of it was on the raffle.
  10. Today we had a memorial 6 aside footy tournament. All the money raised will go to Blandford AFC. Was a cracking day despite me hanging out of my arse for the first half of it.
  11. Got 2 Stihl FS480's, a FS450 and a FS400 to give a quick strip down and clean ready for next week.. They have been used alot the past month or so with only a greasing of the heads and very occasional air filter check. Not good practice i know...
  12. Bark is right for walnut as are the leaves and fruit.
  13. Walnut. Did the leaves smell of "sweet liquorice"?
  14. Got the timber sorted for the my memorial bench today. Its going to be made out of solid oak and coach screwed together apart from the back rest and the seat supports which will be bolted together. It will be certainly made to last.
  15. Some pics of a contractor taking haylage off a riverside site in town. Was going oh so well until a tractor dropped its guts all over the shop.

  17. Shepton Mallet/Castle Cary at the Royal Bath and West Showground.
  18. He was part of Monster Tuning which tunes land rovers as much as they can. The 4 axled 6x6 thing was a one off.
  19. Sadly not mate. Wish i had got some pics of it lol
  20. Made me laugh so much when the monster 4 axle thing bust an air line lol. Must have been so embaressing for him
