Hi Martyn

Hopefully we should soon be back on campus with any luck? Hoping to climb at Hackthorn for the next couple of weeks if you fancy a reccy? Tuesdays level 3 and Thursday the 2/5th with level 2's. May have some bird ringing jobs at Hartsholme's heronry in the near future so could do with a good climber. Drop me a text if you have a particular day you would like to join us. also doing some reductions in Willingham woods; and wind blow on Charlie Hoods property so getting about a bit. Hope you are keeping busy, thanks for your post regarding the vertical step cut I will tell you the underlying story when i next see you. stay safe;cheers matey

Hi Martyn, had a word with the powers that be this AM and as i suspected they dont want organised meetings of climbers on campus. N R stated that his comment was for individual climbers only, if you want a reccy climb then the only way is to organise one for yourself which fits with my observation of level 2's or 3's etc. Sorry do be a bore but didnt want you guys running into trouble

regards

 6. Watcha Gary, just back in at work today..your idea to join in with the fungi foray is a good one...reading the thread it appears that it may be difficult to organise a level 3 trip with other members of arbtalk? perhaps we can try to organise a Riseholme visit there; if enough of you decide you would like to check it out??

 7. Hi Mr redkite, is there any chance that you could give me a quote for loler checking Riseholmes climbing kit? since i have been away the last certificate has expired and i'm keen to renew asap. Hope you are well and have not suffered adversely from your introduction into the crazy world of mainstream teaching. Best wishes Dave (the old duffer).
