I would think that the council would be responsible for all the trees that they own, mmmmmmmmmmm let me think, the council are responsible for there trees so they would have to deal with any tree issue that arises, so this would mean a company that looks at a council job and quoting/tendering -could say sorry to big - can't get the kit - if I did it would cost to much, were the council would have to deal with this as its there trees. also if the council would use contractors it would be because of better vaule for money.

  3. Mate look on the HSE web site and get the Accident report sent to you its free, you would'nt believe it,

Elltons are the low end they will last you for 1 to 2 years if looked after for use every now and then, I think about 90 to 100 quid the do hurt abit in the top part of the leg for a while but will wear in, trousers, and gloves timberland do a nice pair. no jacket mate will make you really hot, saw by law with chain catcher.

  10. You would have to keep record yourself on your finding ie serial number then scarp items due to wear and tear, then every six month get a loler inspector in to loler your kit.
  11. Just have a chat with the local power company, the best would be Western power maps, then they would be able to tell you who is runing the supply, then ask for a site meeting for advise, it free
