lol builders tarmacerists with chainsaws don't worry they will have you in to get it off the cherry picker then the hire firm will take them for damages and they will have no tree work insurance .Let them screw it up and charge them more ,bet they want to hire your 660 when they get it to the stem .

just to say ive seen it differently it is taking the piss he does not work for me direct but subs to me as a climber i lend him my chipper and he uses my yard i put alot his way. i have never said he has taken the tools they could have been lost. i new he had taken more as i left 5 tonne bags full he had taken one as agreed then diped in and filled the rest of his tipper with logs so i would not notice i do see it as only a pile of logs and i think thats how he sees it but im gonna show him the vid monday see what he says im worth more to him than he is to me

yeah cctv shows the truck full and time elasped between going up to the logs store is half a hour as for the kit i have never suspected anything and it well may have been misplaced on site

I went on hoilday last week ,whilst there a lad who climbs with me asked me if he could buy a builders bag split logs to sell to a neighbour who keeps bothering him i said it would be fine , bearing in mind that he has no yard and whenever he has green logs he sells them for 20 a tipper load (whats the point) so he has none of his own i told him he could have a bag of split oak and ash for 40 quid so he could have a drink on it when i got back today i went to survey my log pile and the one stack looked a bit light so i had a look on the cctv and the cheeky monkey had filled his ldv truck he is a friend so i think im gonna give him the im not angry im dissapointed talk lol:thumbdown:

With a tipping ifor intow its just a scaled down trator pto chipper and chip trailer , weight limits would greatly improved landrover tipper max 3.5 landrover chipper with trailer 7.5 max only probelm is lenght (as my girldfriend tells me alot) i like it, dont know if im gonna take my trusty little 150 and weld it up to a 90/110 just yet. Chippers and defenders are red hot for scumbags ,nick one get one free.

hi woz hope your doing well ,is ther any chance of me hiring your 660 for 3 thick horse chesnuts and would be intrested in climbing/lowering a couplreof branches and a top out large lime for me the jobs on but i start to loose my bollocks after 70ft because i only climb on blue polyprop tyed to my belt lol ive tryed to get in contact with nath but iv got the wrong number give me a ring or message back 07507792003

personaly i like money more than trees , i dont like silly tpos that stop me from cutting down prefectly healthy trees that are causing truly disgusting interferance with tv reception lol

I have been in buisness for just over a year now but feel i need a side line landscaping work is as over catered for and tree work in my area west mid /worcs and has the same small market as tree work Almost every client i have wants firewood be it for themselves or friends with gas and fossil only going on the up bio fuel logs must be the only real alternative now for some odd qs does anyone on here sell bio fuel chippings is it a viable buisness yet? how many 1t builders bags of chopped loggs do you get from a tonne of cord wood? what kind of investment is sufficent for a wood fuel buisness i already have a large yard with hardstanding big saws trailers and tipper and any profit /expediture info would be great i know its personal but you lot are the experts

it wasnt a full on fight more like a girly scuffle lol i was just so pissed off because last time they destroyed my kawasaki mule because they couldnt get it to start and to be honest they didnt look that scary like two ethopians and a fat short bloke haha big scary carvan dwellers and i would have just asked them to leave lol and yes i need a new dog haha

4:30 hear a car come up the drive got to the window and i see one bloke get out and and make his way over a fence into the logging compound we store caravans and theres the tractor with th processor on the back i try to muster up my huge but useless leonberger lol end up going over on my own i then catch 3 blokes messing with the locks on the caravan with a 4ft lenght of beech im my hand we get in a bit of a scuffle but luckly smackheads dont wieght much over 6stone lol so they ran for the gates which i then discover have been cut open with to cars waiting in side them the first two jumped into a mondeo and dissapeared but the last struggled to get his red escort estate to start so i decided to do abit of bodywork with my stick called the police and they caught the last with the discription of r reg escort estate red with lots of large dents on the a449 took statement with house cameras backing up what i had sed now to do yet more conifers:thumbup:

sounds like the arb officer is being akward to be honest it should really be you talking to the council i had the same kind of job last week a crack willow that had moved from vertical to 50% over a garden play area called the arb officer explained the situation emailed a photo had permission next day if your checking every tree before working on it you should build up a rapour with them and they will begin to trust you good luck
