  1. If anyone working in the Wrexham area this week needs to get rid of a load of chip I will glad to accept it to cover my chicken run
  2. X brake is well worth fitting. Fitted one about five year ago only because I changed the transfer box without the body on so easy job can not believe how much the kit is now I paid £163.
  3. They were £115 each that was four years ago I also collected them from stoke myself to save the postage.
  4. Yes you should. GKN will make props to order if you phone them had mine built with 35 degree joints thick wall tubes and 200mm slip joints they also do a uj with a groove through the joint to each bearing so they always grease all four.
  5. Could try ome springs I have a set on my 90 being a progressive spring give a decent ride when empty but will still hold up with a good load on can not remember the part no but got them from gwyn lewis who is really helpful.
  6. Had my 560 two weeks and just can not get on with it. Its awsome when cutting but just a pain to start. Sometimes will go first pull others might take twenty sometimes hot sometimes cold might px for a 346.
  7. In round figures maximum full load of sprit 40'000 lts full load of diesel/gas oil 38000 lts.
  8. Have had old man emu springs and dampers on the 90 for about three years now springs are progressive which helps with ride when empty but holds it up when laden, dampers are for a toyota pin to pin so had to change top mounts not had a prob towing fully laden up to now.
  9. This proposed strike has nothing to do with increasing wages it is about introducing an industry minimum standard with wages and training. Like a lot of you in the tree world that are being under cut by joe bloggs the same is happening with fuel tankers general haulage companys like stobart are under cutting the companys that have many years in the industry they are using drivers that have the bare minimum of training and are pushed to the limit. The firm I work for run 100% legal in fact exceeding the speed limit by 4mph is gross misconduct instant dismissal, we have some sort of training at least once a fortnight who would you rather have in charge of 40000 lts of petrol on the motorway ?.
  10. I have a ms211 that is 18 months old it gets used quite a lot for brash bashing and small firewood up to about 6" I only have a 14" bar on which seems to be about all it will handle have run on aspen but ran like a pig.
  11. What makes it a nightmare is the petrolium officer used to be from the fire service which ment one set of rules this changed a few years ago in many counties as the local council have taken over this role and each seems to have their own set of rules.
  12. A lot of the shell stations I visit have been told to keep an eye on people filling cans as petrol only to go in green and diesel in black cans apprantly this is becoming law soon.
  13. As previous post 35 hrs training on an accreditted course before 2014 but you could do adr course which also counts a big chunk towards it.
  14. I have a clulite gl13 on my .243 which is 1 million candle power I use green and orange filters when foxing I also use a smaller clulite on .22 with orange filter for rabbits both lamps are about nine years old and apart from the odd bulb have had no problem
