  1. go round and lean on them.. i had one guy who took the mickey, went round second time at agreed time to collect money to be told he was in bed and had no money, had to tell his missus that on non-payment this time i would be taking goods to the value of the debt from his possession, needless to say he immediately appeared with the money (after borrowing it from a neighbour). if they dont want to /cant pay they shouldnt have been stupid enough to ask for work doing..

  2. winch? you mean you spent loads of money on something that does a similar job to a tow bar? logs dragged, stumps pulled etc can all be done with towbar..

haha only joking i'd love to get a winch but then i'd actually be touching the car in front..

  3. hahahaha reminds me of a time working on a steep banking covered in waisthigh brash, climber dropped a chunk onto a bush with a nest in right next to me.. nearly broke my neck diving over the brash trying to get down hill as fast as poss.. he was laughing his head off trying to get camera out

  4. no idea of title but one of them scary disease films where it spreads fast uncontrollably, guy walks into store scared disease will get him, starts saw and using pushing chain on full revs cuts through his own neck really fast.. blink and you will miss it, i think about it all the time.. looks so easy, better than holding up traffic on motorway deciding wether you should jump or not. oh im not suicidal ...yet haha

  5. not had one snap yet but chain came off bar once, mashed chaincatcher and wrapped round my right hand, put a good hole in my glove and made me bleed my own blood, haha only a scratch but put new chain catcher on. was 25inch bar on 460

  6. where are you based? job based? if its round yorkshire i have a magic problem solving ex-bt timeserved guy who can extend them along ground for duration of job, then re-position properly and test to make sure all is well, comes in handy for jobs where wires are problems etc.. Ed.

  7. last pic, post 49, armchair arborist, That is one of the nicest Coprinus atremantarius shots ive ever seen, corking shot.

  8. its extremely lightweight ed!

its wedged on the wheelarches and for the tilt its got a couple of pieces of wood underneath so it will allow the lid to open and sit against the cab without needing to be held up.

ive got another one of those chests lying around, its 55" wide 20" tall and 24" deep

but how much is it? straight swopsie for an executive chair maybe?:001_tt2:

  9. hicap and 10x6 ifor for me, had a fun delivery few weeks ago(1 load carried into cellar), could park close to house so i thought i was onto a winner, carried the whole load in large washingbasket size buckets up house steps, along passageway, down spiral staircase, through two doorways and into woodstore next to fire. got a good tip though, and the guy ordered another load when he saw the firewood.. yay
