  5. He says its 04, and it's clean enough and regular service history with it. Had a look at the one on ebay there, bit steep i think, seen as its had a good bit of use and needs work

  13. I worked in Brissie for a year as a groundie and was on 25 bucks an hour!!!! Supplied with lunch and picked up from home and dropped off! Not bad i suppose....
  14. Or there is another thing called a Regional Visa, which allows you only to work within 1 state i.e NSW, QLD etc... Pretty broad visa in itself, but im not sure how you go about getting one of these! I tried asking immigration when i was out there but they weren't too forthcoming with information in regards to it!!! Dave
  15. Yea, Julia Gillard (PM) cropped the skills list to bits recently. I'd wait to see if it changes again as she's now out of power i believe!! As for sponsorship, i started my arb career in Oz on a WHV, the only way i think you'll get sponsored is by working with a company for a couple of months and if there really genuine and want to keep you on they'll sponsor you. But, seen as everyone want to go to Oz these days, companies dont have to sponsor employees and there's always more coming thru the airport doors... But then again, you could be the exception to the rule and get sponsored. I cant see any other way to go mate, as im checking it out myself. Hang tight is the way forward i think. Dave
  16. Depends on how badly scored the barrel is. Clean it up with some WD40 and 1200 grade sand paper used in circular motions!! it'll come back up a treat along with a new piston. A bit of elbow grease and a few extra quid in your pocket
  17. If it can fit, put it in the dishwasher. Theres enough heat and steam there to clean out the system. Works everytime for me.
