Hi mate and EE customer service is absolutely shocking I was with orange for 25 years plus and they were good there EE now the time I was with EE I was 1 year into 2 year contract and they said they would send me a booster box and they said they would send me a booster box I waited over a year for and in the end I handed in my notice only a year in thanks John -
