  1. Hi Chris, so sorry for not getting back to you fella, haven't looked at this part of the site in months. Left the UK (Tunbridge Wells) two months ago and have been backpacking around Asia, and landed in Auckland a week ago. Staying with the other half folks till we get our feet on the ground, staying in Okura, Albany on the North Shore.

    Where about's are you? Had a interview-dinner last night with a friend of my other half's , fingers crossed if will have a little work for me.

  3. Ye Cobra bracings the way to go. In my experience theyre easier to install, less weight up the tree and less tools needed. Way better for the tree. Drilling holes just creates an area for spores in the area to enter the tree and cause deccay. A Cobra brace is just as strong if used properly. Great vid though. Obviously very knwoldgable and enthusiastic about his work.

  11. Nah havnt talked to him for a few months. Ye the pace out here is cruisy mate.. A very relaxed way of life. Theres always work which is nice. I bought a well established business which helped. But need to always keep finding the new customers. Lifes good Im getting married in May. Im just getting my website built. When its done il send you the link.

  12. Alright mate. Glad your doing ok out there... how is the pace compared to the UK? I a pretty busy at the moment. Was running about 6 weeks booked in advance upto xmas but slowed off a bit after. Keeping busy 5 or 6 days a week still though.
