  1. Think it is realy big of you slagging people's listings on eBay, you don't even know weather it's pop or willow, so maybe your the stupid one. As for it looking proper wet nowhere has the guy listed it as seasoned, he's probably just cut it down.
  2. had a 280 for 18 month now. think its a great machine, glad i got this machine compared to other small processors in my opinion it is one of the best in its class. probably put around 3 hundred tone through it this year and the blade is still good, just wounder how many chains i would of had to sharpen in that time.
  3. had 4 saws nicked not far from there about a month back. Might be worth a look.
  4. I got a set if you want to make an offer on then
  5. loading van last night after a beech take down, turns my back for less than 30 seconds and the van was emptied 660 880 361 200t. Bit of a long shot but If any body finds of hears any thing suspicious please contact me.
  6. Looking for a log blade to mount on the front of tractor any one got any thing or even a snow plough would do the job.
  7. Thats my dilemma i have the choice of either so do i go for build quality or size of log
  8. i have the choice of two processors, posch 280 or hakki pilke 1x37. both similar priced, seen the 1x37 today and thought it was ok, going to see the posch next week but which do you guys thing would be the best to go for.
  9. any news on when the new petzl helmets will be available
  10. this year i looked at all sorts of cranes and wanted the all singing and dancing valtra with roof mount botex. but only being a small tree surgery company, i couldnt justyfiy the expence so i lookes at 3pl cranes and ended up buying farma crane from wilson's. it takes 5 mins to take of or put on, it wont lift quite as much as others but plenty anough for me and a lot cheaper.im more than happy with it. id put a picture up dont know how to.
  11. a grinder with its own engin would be best, most mini loaders and skid steers havnt got enough oil flow to make em worth it
  12. i purchased a skidsteer 12 month ago thinking should i should i not and looking back it was one of my best investments. powers the log spliter, forks and grab for moving logs about, bucket for moving chip. but supose it all depends on the work you do.
