    This is a standard letter sent out by the police when a community sppedwatch team catch you with a radar gun. They record the deviation and your ref and forward it to their liadon officer. If an officer had been present you would have been fined.

    It depends on whether it's a one off or you expect to get practical work through the plan so subsidise it accordingly. I to charge an hourly rate based on a set no. Of hours and then negotiate any extras.
