  8. Is there anyone out there in my area looking for work ? I am looking for a groundie with a chainsaw ticket that has had some experience in tree work. I have a stack of work to get through and need someone s/employed that can be at my place for 07.55hrs sharp. I will provide ppe if required. This might only be temporary, but if things work out well there could be more.
  9. Get ya jim-jams on and go nunights with teddy.:lol:
  10. Good for you Joe, you remind me of what I was like when i first started work. Do yourself a favour and ask for more money when you think youre worth it. Dont wait for the employer. You,ll be surprised how much they value a decent worker.
  11. I hope it doesnt slow you down too much. I,ve cut my hands loads with those things and know how it hurts. I know of someone who nicked his eye with one. Needless to say he gave up tree work shortly after.
  12. Youre thumb looks big compared to youre fingers Stevie. Did you suck it whilst clutching youre lala blanket.lol.
  13. Hahahaha, dont judge a book by its cover I,m soft as shite really. After mulling over my comments on the Tree Officer thread I apologised to Tony Sorensen via pm and he accepted. I,m slowly learning how to curb my big skate...........Me a moderator ? It makes me laugh just thinking about it Stevie.

  18. He didnt run!!! They lied. Do you know the full facts surrounding this case ? Penfold..............Sorry I,ll shut up now as this subject will get my goat.
  19. That first paragraph made me lol. Then after reading through the laughter drained away. The police in this country are just as gun ho. What about Jean Charles Menendez ? God rest his soul.
  20. Take no notice I,m a big softy.
  21. Is that 2 for the truck and 2 for the corporal stripes ? Seriously though, I am looking to buy in the near future. Some pics and info would be nice.
  22. Okay, but only if I can be a moderator. LOL.
  23. I have a Camon 275 chipper. I put greedy boards up for work, and when i get to my yard fully loaded I simply slide the boards out and most of the chip falls out, leaving a level load that has to be shovelled off. Then its boards back on laid flat. With the increased work load I,m taking on it will pay me to buy something bigger and save on driving time.
  24. For the last six years I,ve owned one 4x4 and nothing else. I have been out pricing 16 jobs this morning for a housing society and the jobs are dotted all over Kent. I think its time I bought something a bit bigger, but keep my trusty L200.
