First thing this morning.....strong coffee in the City... now, I am a true believer that the way to a Fox's heart.....is through his stomach:rolleyes: Mrs Fox has informed me that she will be cooking me typical Fllipino cuisine all week:):)..today,"Bangus" (the Milkfish)...and Chicken Adobo (my favourite!)

I'll be there again ver ysoon and the falls will be the first place I visit Marc:thumbup: dropping down from Hartside and seeing the snow topped mountains in the distance WAS Breathtaking! You could see all the peaks....

It's short...Turkish barber gave me a 90% reduction... was hoping to bump into you Hodge...next time I'll call you first... went through stockbridge Marc but missed the falls....I used to go to howtown too yaffle....

Yeah Alex....i Iove Japanese vehicles...drove a D4D hilux for 2 years then an L200 but I LOVE my Nissan...almost as much as I love Mrs Fox....if only I could get some time alone with her...our Collie wont leave us alone!....Goodnight Arbtalkland:thumbup:

Went to Pooley bridge and Windermere Jon....and Ulswater...had a chinese takeaway in by the lake and Mrs Fox watched a movie:) she likes chick flicks:rolleyes:

Mrs Fox finds the climate here really cold and prefers me to just drive and she loves to just stare out the window and because I stop all the time to take pictures she is happy to take in the view....I had my head shaved yesterday (long story) so I had to find some decent headgear.

It was my first chance to really test my Navara...it has a very powerful engine.

We only went for the day. Drove to Pooley bridge from Durham taking the 64 mile route over the hills...steep drops and through a lot of flooded roads...experiencing sleet..high winds and heavy rain.....and beautiful sunshine. The great British weather!

You lads don't need me to get the job done...you are very capable without me;) anyway I know where I'd rather be! With two of my favourite things....My Pick up...and my Girlfriend. Took the scenic route there. very happy days.

The Missus arrived tonight and is staying till new year....we are off to the Lake District tommorow! She is from a country where the temperature reaches 40 degrees and above so she finds Durham extremely cold...so I bought her wooly stuff from Barbour including this beanie:)

I'm with you egg...I used to work as many days as possible saturdays...overtime etc... but not anymore..we spend so much of our lives working. I am loving being on holiday and don't even think about when I have to be back.To me, its all about family...and me time:)
