Miss the Gusthart Team..no doubt we shall meet again...a Birthday climb was an excellent idea but which tree.my favourite landmark is Durham Cathedral so I looked around for one where I could get some sort of Selfie.light wasn't great and ive only got one hour before my lass arrives at the ststion but here goes.

  5. Same as Dexta's for me....they are easily retreavable matty...once you have felt the benefits of the friction free climbing you will wonder how you ever did without it.
  6. This is the one Honey Brothers do....the new saver has a smaller pulley but the larger pulley is avaiable as an extra.
  7. Matty...I think you already know whst imgoing to reccomend...this. Teufelberger pulley saver....Pinto rig pulley is so smooth...this is retreavable.
  8. Getting colder up here jon...but dry...off to the Pennines to a little cottage up in the hills tommorow night with my girlfriend..it has a open fire and will be the first log fire I will have made in many years...looking forward to it! Got some seasoned beech for it.

  17. "Smash it out!"...was a Phrase I would hear many times a day down south.I associate the word smash with glass and so at first hoped that the day's treework would not involve Greenhouses or windows.Still dislike the phrase as it doesn't suggest any sort of skill or finesse.

  19. I too have been up for about 30 minutes due to the ammount of birdsong going on outside my bedroom window...Spring certainly is almost upon us.
