Seems you have summed it up Tommy_B. I have even heard of instances where trainers/assessor must first pay for the trees... They are a resource after all.

I have been looking for an effective protectant to protect Larix decidua stumps from infection. Does anyone have experience of PG Suspension supplied by the FC as a treatment against Fomes? Please comment on any other product you have used to prevent stump infection by Heterobasidion annosum. Cheers!!

All to common occurance... Worse still when they decide to stop under the tree when your mid cut and try communicating.... NOOOOOO!
