  2. I've had Gareth in a couple of times now. It makes a big difference to have someone fit straight into the team and know exactly what needs to be done and when. A great bloke and a hard worker to boot. Highly recommended.

  7. I think it was a bit of a missed oppertunity really for the HSE to put across a clear message about what they are looking for from the arb industry and for us to be able to discuss that. Instead all we got was how to do a pre start check on a saw
  8. I went this morning too,as you said complete waste of time, i got the feeling that the instructors did 'nt want to be telling us what to do, so just kept everything vague.
  9. i am with you dean, you have to do what you feel is right, it has got me in trouble and the wife does not like it, but you are what you are and if people need help, i help.
  10. I am a start up as of april this year, but spent the last 3 years building the business before i left the LA. Things seem to be going ok the work keeps coming in but at the moment i doing a bit of grounds maintenance and little bit of landscaping until i can fully build up the tree side, a long way to go imo.
