personally i think if you start down the slippery slope of reporting people /companies,You will get labelled as a wrong un,both by the landscaper and householder who both will have plenty of people to discuss the prob with ,i would just leave it well alone ,,lifes too short ,,,its the householders problem ,

Need some advice ,re towing a chipper with a pre 97 licence,Just interviewed a local lad who sounds very promising ,,keen eager,and never stops asking questions ,I need him to drive Transit Tipper,towing a Jensen A530 unbraked, can he legally drive the set up ?
