not sure euc would be on my list, one question to ask is do they want it looking like a hedge or all natural and undulating etc, no point planting nice looking trees to try a make a hedge and no point try to get hedging to look natural if you get my point. 5m height is a fair bit from maintenance point of view. make sure there is machinery access if your planting big!!

ever tried comms??! the difference is night and day, think old skool nokia phone texting compared to face to face talking.

we had somthing pretty similar, worked well, somtimes problems in the wet and trying to connect more than 3 people was a bit hit and miss, but over all ok.

i used this set up with my knee asscender, it worked well.

are trying to warm up the loft or the house? i find pir board easy to use and you can always use expanding foam for any gaps. some of the pir board manufactures websites have technical drawings on the use of their products. i think the extra board on the underside of the rafters is recommended and one could use an insulated plasterboard slab for a more room like appearance although heavier and more expensive obviously.

are the 6x2 exposed down below in the garage? could you put another 6x2 across the corner into new wall plates to support the others? could you prop from below? also as its in a corner the floor should be strong there. best to get a good builder to take a look.
