If you look back at the top at 1.00 your groundsman lets it run then brings it to an abrupt halt creating a huge amount of movement at the top of the tree. This defeats the purpose of letting it run unless he can bring the load to a gradual stop which is very difficult. Sometimes you have to think of rigging more as guided freefall when dealing with structurally poor trees. Could you have ziplined that tree into the woods using a slack zipline taking lighter pieces? or a vertical speedline? Removed some fence panels and felled the tree from the base into the forest?
