  1. I'll second yr.no always found them to be pretty accurate tbh. Also forecast.io are pretty good. xcweather good for wind, crap for rain. The rest... meh.
  2. Good day it was too! Thanks to Graham for the lift, and to him and bullseye Tel for the loan of a shooter for me to miss with! It was much better weather than last time and enough bodies for some weapons grade banter. Highlight of the day: Phil getting a size 11 square in the chuddies...! See you all at the next one I hope. Good photos Mick, that phone is really top of the range...
  3. Seconded, they also make for hypro I think. Very comfy, good pump design. We have a 'chapin' at work and a CP and the Berthoud is preferable, can't speak for solo.
  4. Apparently to make up for the early starts, there were both ginsters AND scotch eggs... Now that's a good boss!
  5. Fair enough, no problem, I hope there are people who take a different view! Toodle pip. T.
  6. Morning all, hope you are all well. I know the cause isn't as close to home as some but it's a worthy one. Along with all the people I train with at Mushin Juku Dojo ~ Home, we are trying to do all we can to help out after the tsunami in Japan. We have chosen a Childrens charity as many children have been displaced and many have lost everything they owned plus many family members may have gone, even the parents may be dead. This is the time that they need help so they can understand what is going on and continue with their lives. We have set up a justgiving page at Jonz Wale is fundraising for GlobalGiving The site is just getting off the ground but we have also raised almost £1500 from donations. Give what ever you can, even a quid will help, but a tenner or twenty will go much further! It all helps and it all goes to the people that need it. Especially if you tick the gift aid box. If you can help (or even if you can't!) you get to watch videos of our giant 'throwathon' and us all falling over, blowing like a transit exhaust, trying to smash out our challenge. Also if you are local to Haywards Heath pop down and watch it happening in person and buy some sushi kindly donated by yo sushi! on April the 10th. Thanks in advance, Toby. P.S I haven't got the internet at home at the mo, so I'm sorry if I'm slow to respond/check threads!

LOL! Farts are err, exaggerated for lack of a better word, by some compounds in some shakes that have a lot of lactose and other unnecessary stuff in. Try myprotein.co.uk stuff, it's cheap and not full of fluff. Don't mix shakes and sugar! Devastating for all around you ! Good luck.
  8. Quality day chaps, big thanks to Mark for the venue and all you lot for turning up and making it look easy.. barring trying to cut a sausage with a silky... Until the next one...! T.
  9. Absolutely well up for it. Been too long off the 'talk and out of trees trying to buy a house and change jobs, a rec climb sounds pukka. Hope you're all well, I'll see you there! T.
  10. Blimey! Never expected to win anything and didn't even check, just happy to donate! A big thanks to Steve and everyone involved, all for a good cause too! Happy New Year all etc etc! T.

Some sensible people have mentioned most of the important stuff (eating right, shorter workouts) and I agree. If you want a really good set of guidelines I like Mark's Daily Apple even if it is geared towards Americans and 'weight loss'. Works for me. Don't worry having seen your air guitar/ms200 the spare tyre is soon for the scrap heap. T.
  12. That it is...! Hope all's well down in darkest Kent, having fun no there's no snow?

  13. is that you frodo

  14. Definitely you Mark, hope the piece of string holding your internets together stays put!

Little Toby here, hope all is well!
