there is a tree company nr andover / basingstoke way i have seen driving a white 4x4 vario looks the bollocks ah thats made me want one even more now. You can get 4x4 varios in germany but they are like 20k.

sorry what i ment by saying they get stuck was they are very heavy and sink IMO . Sky hucks mog is the nuts probably one of the best equiped tree surgery mogs on the road, but it has come at a great expense. If anyone is looking buy or use a unimog for tree work the bench mark has been made. I have owened a mog and worked for worked a company wich run mogs and none of them realy use then to there full.

ahh unimogs they will make you or break you. Expensive to run expensive to buy and get stuck when the going gets muddy. Im glad i havent got mine anymore.

i had a women ring me today she told me what she wanted doing a apple tree and some other tree's reducing. she asked me how much i charge per hour and i said we price every tree as how long it will take. Then she was going on about the last guy that done the trees worked on his own, i said we normally work in a team of two but sumthimes work in a team of three. I asked her if i could have her adress and he said she would talk to her husband she was a right wierdo.

i would also try and have a look for a tp250 10 inch machine they are very good and if you lucky you should find one for cheaper then 6k

giles when you get sum money you should get some v tread tyres for the mog i had the same tyres as you on my mog and they where pants off road.
