  1. Cheers for the link hama CTS,THrow your throwline high enough (doesnt really matter where)clip the throwline (clip above the bag) onto you rope,Pull throwline up to branch that its over,Then pull your rope through the RG while holding onto TL then just lower your TL down as it will have the RG and rope on. I do this all the time just make sure you get your TL high enough.
  2. Also makes you work the tree quicker and saves the climber more energy.good for atrial rescue too.well that's my theroy anyway.
  3. Haha we couldnt unfortunately. That day was about 30c but bloody cold in the morning due to it being an old quarry.
  4. 2 trees but i could of done it from 1 anchor point and we had heaps of time so i sent "the boy" up the left tree.I just like the pics...and blue sky

  8. Saturday morning job,Just had to take 3 dead limbs off at this tips.Was very windy.
  9. Lol.climber on the left has only just started climb and hasnt done anything of that size,he done well
  10. Spent the the last 3 days removing these 16 gums,Nice and easy just had to watch out for all the native planting thats why we didnt fell them in one.All wood ringed up on site. Ps sorry about the blue skys again,Its was in the 30's today but bloody cold in the mornings.

  14. You would have a very low anchor point on small trees with that long prussic.
  15. Whats the wee pulley for? Does your cocoon go through the ring ok?
  16. Comes in so handy doing that.I use a small 15cm sling and a couple of docking ring's just to keep in cinched in
  17. Yep stein helmets are hot but they fit nice and are comfirtable,I also like the adjuster at the back which is easy to use. And yes the visors are a waste of time!

  19. Will customs ask questions if you have a reel of rope.......??
