  1. I made one the other weekend out if willow, very impressed. I had a look on eBay after and there's a guy in there selling them for 3 quid or something. Item number 140462126862
  2. Yeah I was going to give them a ring tomorrow but on the website it doesn't show one till later in the year. It doesn't help either there over a hundred quid more for 41 than myerscough
  3. Would travel but Kent might be a bit far. Any more details price etc? And is the assessment at the same time? Or later on? Cheers
  4. As above I'm trying to get on a course for the above and struggling to get one soon-ish.
  5. Yeah the first word is gestrektthe second is rond. Ive googled them but can't make out a translation. Surely it'll be equivalent of working limit and breaking limit.
  6. Haha just took it outside with the phone. Think the important things are the lc ????? 2000 dan and lc ???? 4000 dan the questionmarks are german words.
  7. Just had a look the bollard is about 3.75" diameter and 7.5" tall. The ratchet says lc 25kn I presume that means load capacity. The webbing has this on.
  8. It's just a ratchet strap, think the ratchet is 2.5t not sure on the webbing.
  9. No there's a link earlier in this thread to a foreign site. It was apparently forgot about upstairs in their storage or something. He said it's got a wll of a ton does that look /sound about right?
  10. I suppose I could cut a hole in the back if needed. To be honest it probably won't get used much at all but I'd rather have it at that price, than not have it and need it
  11. I bought it from fletcher Stewarts it was new old stock, and yep it was £120. There's no mounts on the back But the guy innthe shop recommended to get some thick rubber to go behind it. I'll measure the bollard in the morning but it's about 4"
  12. Presume it's hollow, it's completely sealed so can't tell. Just thought the extra loop as a safety thing, saying that though it's not high on my to do list.
  13. Been and bought it today. What do you guys think is it worth 120? I'll just have to get a job to use it on now. Think I might weld an eye on the bottom like the stein one.
  14. Nice one cheers mate, presuming that's plus the vat.
  15. I'd do this if it's 40+vat? It's a bit confusing as the poll doesn't show up on tapatalk.
  16. Another vote for astravan good on fuel, only disadvantages are the low load height and long load bed so if something's right behind the seats you have to crawl in.
  17. Had a look but there's no price for the petrol one
  18. Anyone know the rrp of the above? Can't find any prices online. Cheers mike
  19. You selling it? I've used one of those was good, but there 300£ compared to £120!
  20. I havnt really thought about seriously buying one before but for this price I don't want to miss it if it's a good price
  21. Just to be clear, the one I've seen isn't a winch type one, just a standard fixed bollard, not sure if my post confused things a little
  22. New I think. It's only got a 500kg limit though, doesn't seem much?
  23. What's that bar cover about? With the moulded bits and loops? Is it for carrying it?
