  1. i like the look of that drew,gumpy bought me an anchor bridge and i really liked it but was just a wee bit too long.

  6. freelance job last wk.contractor said "yeah watch out their are a couple of phone lines near the tree" turned up to job to find 28 yes 28 phone lines going through the sycamore i had to remove.took 2 days to get it down
  7. paid £165 for mine second hand but barely used.not normally my style but very happy with it cant say the same for the wife as she was gonna get me a new 1 for xmas.oopps

  9. fair enough.its definately a harness that encourages you to adjust and find the perfect setting,great harness but way over priced
  10. my dog is so knackered from being at work with me all day,hes always KO,D when we get home
  11. tried out my new tree motion today,so comtortable.seems to have lots of adjustment options so think it will take a wee while to find that perfect setting.quick ???? does the tree motion come in different sizes ???

  14. im hearing ya m8,quoted 250 to reduce a medium beech on fri just to get the work,got my new to the game brother to do it 2day,came up real nice.
  15. its all in the eye and and experience but groundies can help if they are any gd.1 of the many things ive learnt thru contract climbing.gd judgement from the tree,saves you going back up but good groundies are a god send
  16. i do like the sound of that wayne,count me in.over quote it m8,i know its a tough call.any1 else going in for it
  17. before and after shots,took a bit more off the right hand 1 but as i said before it had some major issues from previous hacking wounds. have a few more shots of during shots.
  18. its always best to learn from the basics as i did but im finding new climbers prefer to go straight to the latest technique.in my opinion start with the basics and appreciate the latest techniques but as i said the new lads want to cut out the middle man
  19. get yourself a hitchclimber and vt plus ART and you will be in easy life heaven
  20. that album is the muts back tackle and the album previous is a cracker too
