Yes Matt, Foleys sold it to me. I will get a pic of my buddies almost identical truck in red aswell. i work with him a lot so the two together will look very purposful! Thanks for the nice comments guys.:wave:

Well mine finally arrived late last night from Harlow in Essex. I am chuffed to bits with it. she maybe ten years old and have 172,000 miles on the clocke but full history, one owner etc she is great. Now i need to start adding a few little bits like side steps to get in and out easier(not me, the girlfriend). Decide where to mount the spare wheel and look out for chunkier tyres. Here are some pics.

One of the guys i work with found a Singer sewing machine in a tree once. it had grown all round it.

Madmatt, i love your truck. thanks for the pictures. Some truely great work there. I saw it in your avatar and wanted to see more and there we go, i also have seen you on LR4x4 i think. I am buying a 130 tipper in the next week or so(once my 2 vans sell on ebay) partly because i love Land rovers:proud: and partly so i can "sub" myself and vehicle out to local tree firms who need an extra pair of hands/vehicle as and when. I will post pics when i get one. All the best Ed.

Thank you Steve, well i have been using chainsaws privately for years but only got my NPTC in 2005. i was a car and HGV mechanic for 8 years then until recently was an IT technician. That sucked so i am getting back into a physical job and one which i enjoy.

Good evening all, i am a new member of Arbtalk. I am Edward and live in Devon. I am 29 and am working on and off for a local firm and have just agreed to help out another firm as and when they need me. I have my CS30/31 and am booked on for my climbing and rescue course in March. I have my own saws(Stihls) and PPE and am just sorting out a deal on a 130 Defender tipper so i can provide a good groundsman service. I have been reading on here for a fw days and it all looks a friendly place with some great advice. If anyone in the Newton abbot area needs extra help then please feel free to email me.
