hello Stevie, we met at Jonesies arbshow a couple of years ago mate. I've had a Scots lad working for me as a driver/groundie for the last year. He's a great lad and will be moving back up to Scotland next month. If your looking for another pair of hands on your crew, I can't recommend him enough. He's got his CS30,31,38, BWC and stumpgrinder tickets. He's moving up to your neck of the woods. Give me a shout if you want his number or I can pass on yours.

Cheers Fella!,

Hello mate,
There is actually a lot of work about in Essex at the mo, problem is, nobody is willing to new staff/equipment/vehicles at the moment due to the worries of the current economic climate!. Try Tree fella, Essex Arb, TH trees.
I work as a freelance climber in Essex (I live in Southend). If I hear of any openings I'll give you a shout).
In the meantime, go for your CS31 and any other tickets you can
Good luck"

Hello mate,
I run training courses down at Hockley. I can do a CS30 for you for £200-00, this includes your assessment and registration Etc, 2 day course. I would strongly recommend dealing directly with a trainer rather than go through a college from a financial point of view!
Cheers,

its a right pain in the butt mate, but I have to say its very rewarding getting a bunch of lads thru their assessments. Also, for me, its a way of staying in the tree-game, I'm 45 and still climbing 5 to 6 days a week - it ain't gonna last forever!. Keep at it mate!

Hello mate,
Its a bit of an uphill struggle, this training/assessing lark!. The best thing would be to find an assessor who's willing to have you 'shadow' him on a few courses. I did it and it basically means giving a hand on a few courses - unpaid in my case. I learnt loads and got a few assessments out of it!. Get in touch with LANTRA and see if they can steer you in the right direction mate
Cheers
