  2. Wetherden Andy,tree was owned by local landowners and LSD got permission to climb it. Yep got a real confidence boost to climb such a tall tree, veiw was fantastic. Any ideas on height?
  3. Just a few photos of todays bank holiday..climbed this Quercus robur in Suffolk.We were not sure how high it was...my 35 meter rope did not reach the bottom when we got to the top.Weather held out too as they forecast thunder.Highest tree i have climbed to date..so feel proud.

  14. Success for me is studying in college for two years whilst holding down two jobs and brininging my daughter up..and getting the job i trained for despite the reccession. And over coming a great many fears in the last 30 years.

Was well chuffed today, did a nice big hedge today at work, we did a grand job clearded up nicly afterwards, customer chuffed...gave me my first tip...and i dont mean that 'i should wash more' as my partner suggested:001_tongue: Just wanted to ask what tips you guys have ever had and was it something nice or naff?

    Recession?

    Were ok at the moment.The company i work for has plenty of LA work and hedge work at the moment so i think we will be ok.

  21. he has got potential...hes good at being a yoyo...he said to me yesterday he would get passed that second limb...he didnt, il keep him to that next time i see him...good lad you got there Justin. nice to see everyone new and old faces and watch you old hands climb...very inspiring to us less experinced boys.enjoyed the event..thanks to Andy and Steve for organising it.
