  1. I think that Rotties and Dobbies are much maligned breeds. In the wrong hands they can be terrifying, they are after all bloody big dogs ! My experience with both breeds is good. On my regular walks with the muppets (aka spaniels) I quite regularly come across a single Rottie bitch with her owner, aged about four, have natter with owner, make a fuss of a lovely happy dog whilst all dogs mooch about doing what dogs do. All happy as Larry with each other and humans. Another old girl has a pair of Dobbie's, brother and sister, about six year old. The dogs a little bit shy but forward with it and the bitch tears around with the aforesaid muppets. Once again both up for a fuss and ear scratch. This all happens well out of the way from the town, in private woodland with all obviously well socialised dogs. I'm happy to say out in the woods I've never come across a nasty dog....In the town, well that's a different matter 🙄

  4. Unlike Eddie Rabitt, I'm particularly adverse to rainy nights and the consequent smell in the kitchen of wet spaniels 😄
  5. Windy, very wet and generally kin minging 😠

  18. Due back for a Hull survey and more kit by the end of the year, strikes me as an effort to deploy on site asap?

  20. Good Morning.
  21. Sadly it's too late for that. Bets have been laid and the die cast, only the numbers will tell at the end of the roll.
  22. Whichever way you look at it, this situation is not going to end well, for anyone. Without going into the religious, politic or geography, both sides are now locked into a course of action that is pretty much irreversible. Tragic, as is all conflict, but inevitable.
  23. Morning all.
