Good Morning everyone.....On this the 47th anniversary of signing on to my first ship as Junior Engineer, Blue Funnels M.V. Laomedon. Sailed from Liverpool for Belfast, Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Amsterdam, Antwerp and back to UK, Middlesbrough. Final loading and part crew change. Next stop Suez ( Christmas Day) and the Far East.

Same here and back roads along the Rother are flooded. Long way round to take the dogs to the woods for a couple of days.

TBH..... At the end of the day, it's all water under the bridge. In my time with forestry equipment I had a great rapport, on a personal and technical basis with Greenmech, Timberwolf, Carlton, Woodsman, Kubota UK & USA, John Deere UK & USA and Unipower. I enjoyed my time in the industry, met some great people, great dogs and generally good craic all round.. Until the end it was fun 🙂
