I would agree, a year is not at all unsensible, if some last a bit longer and some last a bit less that's about ok. The problem with these is 2 pair going at 6 and 7 months is not really acceptable if it isn't wear and tear. Outwear have said apparently that the manufacturers say this is wear and tear, it's an easy claim to make when you just look at photos? Had a poor discussion before with Outwear about another similar boot issue and feel pretty confident they can't be arsed to support a reasonable claim of poor manufacturing or design issue. It is a PITA and almost certainly not worth the effort to chase throw good money after bad. It's just interesting to hear if others have the same issue with a particular model of boot or whatever so any issues can be given more prominence

Has anyone else had any issues regarding premature failure on the Crispi boots. 2 pairs now at just6-8 months? Just want to see if just us

Three separate pairs of boots, 12 months old, 9 months old, 6 months old. Currently trying to get manufacturers to deal with as they are clearly not fit for purpose. Not good enough really as has been said already. Any more out there

We also have just had a 2nd charger fail, 1st one failed and replaced within the 1st 12 months under warranty. This is 2 of 5 we currently have, are the rest destined to fail the same? It isn't like they are getting extensive use. Would be very interested to hear from others with similar problems.

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the HT133? Works fine normally but when extended there is no drive. Have had one repaired under warranty although didn't ask what the fault was and 2 that went back to dealer yesterday with the same issue.
