  2. hi Shane, you need to first select the forum you wish to start the thread in, then above the list of existing topics you'll see a gold tab titled "new thread", click that.

  17. Hi, go to user cp link which is located at the footer of the page and in the options down the left hand side click "edit avatar" then go from there
