  1. Of course it looks identical, because the chinese did a good job of copying it! These are made in Eastern Europe, forget the country so I won't say it in case i'm wrong...but definetly eastern european.
  2. Drought damage plus soil compaction I’d guess
  3. Taking place on the 6th & 7th September at Eastbrook Farm near Swindon, the Agroforestry Show will bring together farmers, landowners, foresters and aborists to share practical ideas and knowledge about integrating trees and farming for more resilient landscapes. 4. Would do, but then I don't earn my crypto cashback 😁
  5. Don’t pretend to know much about mowing, but does yours have the mulching deck option as mentioned here? https://www.nigelrafferty.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/ISEKI-SZ330-Information-Sheet.pdf
  6. All you can really do with that is maintain the pollard to keep it at a height where it’s less likely to fail. Assuming it’s not in too public a place it should be ok for several years to come

  8. As mark said. Why would you think that?
  9. That might well be the best you find. Arb stuff is pretty cut throat here already and prices are usually marked pretty low anyway
  10. I like how they give nice concise instructions on how to easily kill a tree The mysterious case of the poisoners murdering Britain's beloved trees APPLE.NEWS Trees, some of them generations old, are being deliberately killed in crimes that strike at the heart of communities. Who is behind...
  11. Used to watch him as a little kid, back in the day when the only thing his hand went up was a sock puppets backside.
  12. Having probably the most important job in the country has to come with some perks don’t you think?
  13. Yes definetly get cameras up. I recently installed them on my land as I get so many passer-by’s being nosey. Just this last weekend I treated myself to a drone as the amount of people was just getting silly
  14. I’d leave it well alone if it were mine
  15. You're too clever for me...don't quite understand where you're going with that or the relevance?
  16. I'd argue the opposite. The forces do a pretty good job of picking out the born leaders and improving on them. The ones who are less inclined/suited to lead will be more like as you describe, and that will likely be their heirarchical position through life whether in the forces or civvy street.
  17. Are you still working 200 hours a day Stefan? It's possible there simply isn't any stumps left 😁
  18. I think thats the ONLY explanation. That trend started about 20 years ago. When I was contracting I don't think anyone I worked for didn't own a stump grinder of some description.
  19. the important thing is that you had the last say. Go you!
  20. STIHL has launched its first range of petrol 4-stroke water pumps, specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of agricultural, construction and hire markets. The new range consists of two models, the WP 300 and WP 600. The WP 600 boasts a robust cast iron impeller, a powerful 4.4 kW engine and 3” hose connections for the delivery of large volumes of water up to 63 m3/h, and comes complete with an integrated suction filter to protect the pump from dirt particles. With a similar design, its counterpart the WP 300 includes the same features as the WP 600 except for 2” hose connections and a lower 37 m3/h delivery capacity for smaller jobs. The WP 300 and WP 600 can be fuelled by STIHL’s Moto4Plus, a high quality alkylate fuel specifically designed for small 4-stroke engines. Compared to forecourt fuel, Moto4Plus has a significantly longer shelf life, less harmful emissions and no tank drainage requirement when in storage. Both pumps offer intuitive technology including low oil protection, meaning the engine switches off when the engine oil level falls below the safe operation threshold. An anti-vibration system also helps to reduces mechanical stress. Designed with user comfort in mind, the WP 300 and WP 600 offer a sturdy frame for excellent stability and easy transportation, simple controls and toolless access to the air filter for easy maintenance. All STIHL tools, including both water pumps, are compatible with the STIHL Connected fleet management system. Installing a STIHL Smart Connector allows the runtime to be recorded and sent to the user’s smartphone via Bluetooth for accurate usage and maintenance records. 21. Did you place it there for the photo or is that where it was actually located?
