  1. you could try prochip, they have a medium sized grinder, or daniel at chippertech who has a large tracked vermeer....both are near stowmarket and both have a banner on the forum page

  7. i have meidl and haix.....both great boots....slightly prefer the meindl however ive got more wear out of my haix
  8. ive got to see the job as yet, its a 100 acre wood and its a substantial block i believe. told theres some pretty big trees already on the deck. i can only guess at about 2 days extraction.
  9. I have a large woodland job coming up and need someone to extract timber to the roadside for collection. Looking to hear from anyone with a forwarder in the area of saffron waldon, or even a decent sized tractor with grab. cheers
  10. just spoke to mrs roller this morning, it appears the latest version of quick books simple start has a bug, doesnt add up and track vat properly. just a heads up for anyone that is using it and hasnt realised yet, better check those figures!

  13. based on your size i'd say the only harness without question would be the kolibri
  14. ed's about right, up to £35 a ton for premium grade firewood....small stuff. thats what i've been paying, although have got some better deals along the way. you gotta get some of your wood for free though or its not worth doing. It will still pay a wage though
  15. £150+vat i believe £100 is a good deal
  16. prices seem to start at about £15 which for me would be very cheap as its costing me considerably more than that each month on my cell phone bill.
  17. not so slow these days...i checked, some are offering up to 7mb
  18. not so much moderation.....you lot behave for the most part haha.......general maintenance though is increasing as the site grows, and i have several big changes coming up which are going to increase the work load coinsiderably
