quoting and invoicing software

Hi,

For years I've been running things with excel spreadsheets and word, but I'm now finding that paperwork is taking far too long. Therefore I'm looking for some software that I can quote with and then hopefully click a couple of buttons and convert quotes to invoices, maybe even something that can make my excel spreadsheets redundant and speed up the accounts side of things as well. It would also be handy if I could sync across from laptop to ipad and phone. Don't want much do I.

So what are you using and would you recommend it?

Cheers

Quick books online for me as you can do all the important stuff on site on a phone if needed. Quotes invoices expenses.

You can turn a quote to an invoice with one click.

Link bank accounts and it learns what are proper expenses. (You file it the first time eg diesel from x petrol station then next time it knows how to file it for you.

All sorts of reports can be made too.

I'm very pleased with Arbpro

What do you pay for that John? I looked at arbpro a couple of years ago, and liked the software but couldn't justify the price arrow time.

I'm using joist at the moment and works ok for me. Doesn't integrate with accounts but then my step-mum sorts out my box of receipts and paperwork once a month.[emoji106]

60 a month. Saves me heaps of time in the office and each time they issue an update (monthly I think) it just seems to get better. Latest development is adding customers and quote appointments from the mobile app which is bloody handy!! Think they are working on being able to fill in risk assessments on a mobile device at the moment without having to print out copies

Thanks for letting me know John.

I suppose it's a lot cheaper than a secretary!
