Hi, I saw a thread from a few years back which led me to this site. My dad has been looking for a Husqvarna 357 XPG saw for a while and has had no success.'I have tried a number of places but all discontinued. Although there are many other saws out there he wants one the same as he had. Can anyone lead me in the right direction? I am now looking abroad for him. Thank you!

4th post in he says his Dad suffers with numbness in the hands and can only use an XPG .

Oops, missed that. I was told by a dealer it was cheaper to buy a new saw than retrofit heated handles but he was trying to sell me a saw. :)

It might be worth asking your local tractor dealer. They're more likely to have old stock than a normal chainsaw dealer.

The new 560's are very good saws and start easier 90% of the time but they can sometimes be very hard to start and they handle differently to the 357.
