I replaced my cabstar with a MWB Toyota Dyna, very basic inside but drives like a nippy little car, great turning circle and loads of grunt. 1.2t payload and will pull 2t with ease.

Are either available as a five tonner?

Or is there anything out there in that size range that is over a 3.5 tonner?

 

If you're looking for 5 tonne there is the Sprinter 5 tonne or the Iveco.

Ecu's are v. Expensive if they fail - circa £3k.

My cabstar weighs 2050kg so has a decent payload of 1350kg (it's the single rear wheel version at 3400kg gross) 3.0l turbo diesel pulls well and as mentioned before, awesome turning circle.

 

Not much room or storage in the cab though.

Which one SWB, MWB or LWB do people go for, looking at getting one of these in LWB unless people advise otherwise..
