Bentley Woodfair

We do a number of shows through the year, mostly vintage vehicle shows but we were thinking about getting a stand at the Bentley Woodfair. Is this a good show and would it be worth us having a trade stand there?

Just my personal opinion, I think it's a great show.

 

Still small enough to have that rural-crafty type feel but a good, diverse range of stalls covering anything to do with wood and machinery.

 

I'm thinking what a customer might buy from you on the day - chain oil and hydraulic fluid perhaps?

Nice show, have been a few times. Not sure from a traders perspective. Jonesie would be a good man to ask

It was low on numbers for equipment and machinery suppliers last year when compared to previous years. Change of show management and change of fees have taken their toll a bit. Definitely worth a message to FR Jones.

Always a good show if a little thin on numbers, good stalls and great food even if it does always rain.

Thanks for the feedback. Its different than the majority of shows we do so may be worth a punt. Thanks for the burger heads up Mark, if your a burger connoisseur you should check out Half Man Half Burger in Hastings, its amazing, best burgers I have ever eaten and they do wicked chili cheese fries as well.

We're planning on being on holiday, mate. Exploiting the cheaper rates available out of school holiday season. Should have an Ausweise for the APF though.
