Had my first go at milling this weekend ;) home made mill needs a few alterations as the boards were pretty rough, but it didn't fall apart and nobody was hurt so that's a step in the right direction lol hopefully a couple of pics will follow?

It's an old oak that's been dead for years (I wet the board before the pic) it's like cutting iron! Most of the tree was rotten but I managed a 7 1/2ft log from the bottom.
