Nice snake collection Bob, splicing for other people? oops, I would never do that!

What are the rules anyway, not allowed at all, not allowed to sell, allowed for personal use, only certificated approved splicing allowed?

There are no rules. :001_smile:

There must be Peter, I can't live my life as a free wheeling Anarchist.:001_smile:

When you find some let me know.

And I'm not talking about claptrap about splicing being a "modification" of the rope thereby invalidating the CE mark either, as a local loler inspector tried to tell me recently.

Well Bob, you were right when you said Yale Double Esterlon was easy to splice. 19mm bargain from Jonsie but no eye splice? Just do it yourself.:001_smile:

i love splicing rigging rope

everything seems a pleasure especially compared to some of the climbing ropes i have done recently

so nice and easy and smooth and pliable
