I've got an Antonio Carrara TTR4400 used with a 35e winch, woodline multipla10, circular saw, Martin Lishman sprayer and a caroni reverse drive flail its a perfect set up.

 

BUT for steep, wet ground, I use my Deltrak for mowing as it can handle slopes no tractor including an aebi will touch - 55+ degrees [ATTACH]213761[/ATTACH]

Looks good. I think like you I don't want it to be a one trick pony. I need it for very wet conditions on moorland. What I really want is a softrak but at£75000 it won't be any time soon! I've seen a few people using alpine and they do a good job.

I'm not sure if it was on this thread or the alpine tractor one but somebody had twin wheels front and back on an alpine. Looked to me like you could go across the channel on it!
