You reckon!! Continueous work on a hillsde is bad for your joints, we are static skidding 1m sitka spruce up a steep ravine about 80 metres down under the road to the landing where the trees are put through the harvester, most our work is like this,.

 

I'd like to forward on some slopes. Maybe even drive an 8wd ergo up some welsh valley with the stupid leveling seat trying to make it 'better'. I've felled some stuff on steep slopes its bad for the knees.

just bought a Davy Broon 1490.

On the log splitter just now but will be using her for hauling some logs from time to time.

 

That is the tidiest David Brown i think i've ever seen. It has windows and everything.

David browns tractors are bomb proof ,very simple and cracking gearbox for crawling speeds, I have the factory strip down manual has we had four 995s browns and I still have 1 left from farm to renovate when I get chance .
