Evening all,

Nicked my Tachyon a few feet from the end so if I can get it re-slaiced for a few quid i'll be happy. Obviously need to be Loler standard.

Slaice not splice as I have a small hole to pass it through (Harke rings...)

Regards,

Steve.

I was just about to jump all over you for appalling spelling of 'spliced'!

Nod at Treeworker will be able to help if anyone can.

If Puk is there this year working for him say hi from me if I don't make it, and to Nod of course.

Hi Steve

Unfortunately you wont be able to get a Slaice done at the show as the Slaice is carried out by Teufelberger only in their factory. But if you require a LOLER passable splice, our CE certified splicer will be at the show as usual this year. He will be more than happy to re-splice your rope.

regards

Correct, the Slaice is unique to Teufelberger, it is spliced and then stitched on a heavy duty sewing machine.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I'm aware of the Slaice and the process, I was checking if you meant that Honeys would be happy to splice used rope that hadn't been bought from you at the AA Show.

Thanks
