WANTED: Fruitwoods

Hi everyone,

 

I am looking for large amounts of all fruitwood, apple especially but I would be interested in pear, cherry and plum as well.

 

We are paying really good prices (£120+ per tonne delivered) but the price is really determined by the quality of the wood.

 

The perfect wood would be: Green, as straight as possible, 2 - 3 m lengths, clean (NO plastic / rubber / metal).

 

We are interested in buying by the lorry load and we should have a long term demand for the right stuff.

Thanks for the endorsement! It means a lot. We are a bit old school, not wanting credit checks and the like, so sometimes we get bitten with people not paying us. But I would rather keep things simple and pay people when I say instead of making things harder and creating hoops for people to jump though.
