Husq 365 Clutch dilemma

had a 372 with that kind of problem,turned out it was the worm drive to tight to the crank,think it was a husky recall if i mind right

 

I had it with my 135 when I first got it. I used some wet and dry to open it out and oiled it which cured it for good.

As forest tink says if its an x torque there was an issue with a cast mould.

 

Im sure I posted the solution some time ago if you do a search. Ive forgotten what it was now but involved a minor bit of sanding with wet and dry, possibly the rear of the worm gear.
