Help to Identify Chipper

Hi, as recent lurker I've now registered and so am no seeking my first bit of advice. I'm not a professional, but have a large garden and woodland area that I need to maintain, hence my requirement/desire for owning equipment rather than hiring it in. I'm looking at buying a small roller fed chipper (as opposed to a gravity fed chipper) and have found one on an auction site that might meet my needs. I've not seen it yet so these photos are all I have to go on hence my trying to identify what make/model it is.

 

Any clues as to the make or model please? Or does anyone have a small (sub 3") chipper for sale?

Petrol driven Entec Chippit. 25hp and approx 15 years old maybe, spares readily available through the Timberwolf dealerships. That at Brightwells?

Good machines my dad picked one up last year, they chip well and run same blades as the modern timberwolf machines

I would be wary of buying old chippers through an auction, unless your a good mechanic. Most stuff i have seen go through has being knackered

Yup, I'm quite handy with a spanner or two - currently restoring to use 2 old rotavators (1 I owned and broke, 1 'new' to me circa 1960 vintage) and I have ~ 8 petrol lawnmowers in various states, 2 ride on, 1 sit on and a few push/powered etc! Maybe I ought to get rid of some???

You pay your money, you take your chances... If it's duff then just put it back in the auction next week. Have had about 70% good luck & 30% duff stuff @ Brightwells.

Serial number starts H25PH so I'm assuming it is the 25Hp petrol hydraulic. Yes to buying with my eyes wide open - buyer beware at auction!
