372/385 high top filter and cover for sale ?

Hi Guys , Anyone on here have the high top filter cover and big filter lying around maybe for sale ?

think i,ll get one for the 385XP , just for fun, i know the std filter is fine if kept clean , but just an idea for a small mod as its now a twin port muffler

hmm ok , what ive seen on ebay covers these models , a lot of the 385 stuff seems to fit my 372 , but i havnt swapped the low top covers over yet to try ,good spot tho , need to look into it if bothered , probably the carb intake is different too , seems to be the case on most of the high tops ,

Ok . I have hightop filters on both my 372 and my 390 (Same as 385 ) You need the elbow shaped inlet manifold for the carb This has the screw thread in it to secure the hightop filter . then the cover uses the same clip positions as standard .

The standard filter flows well enough. The advantage of the high top is better filtration. Here's a ported 77cc top end with standard filter. Wood is beech.

Yeah i thought that , something i,m looking at just for fun and a little mod , do cut up some big dead stuff for clearing so does be dusty at times , but i clean my saws after each use really so its no big deal with the std filter

couple o pics with the muffler mod on the 385xp and a little fun with a log last week
