Canopy stair

Last summer we had the privilege to be involved in the installation of this great design project.

The concept was imagined by Robert McIntyre and Thor ter Kulve, design students at the Royal College of Arts in London.

We spent an evening helping them to set it up for their end of year degree show.

Here's some images of the process.

The video can't be played on some devices. This may include some mobile phones, video game consoles, or set-top boxes.

The concept, design and build is now finished and Rob and Thor are ready to take it out in to the world for both commercial and charity projects.

as with most good inventions cannot think its not been done before ( almost like the tree bike system ) David you do get involved in some of the most interesting &best jobs around! the future of the system is huge, and as for Stanley Jordan version of stairway incredible, the stairs and music make a brilliant start to my day.
