Errm, I googled Stien lanyards/toolstrops and saw a bungee one.. making me believe thats what he already had....

 

But on further investigation, I see they do a few different kinds....

Reecoil is stout enough not to be blown around in the same way other lanyards are.

Maybe a video is in order... Blower test.!!
